Welcome to your house blog!

Welcome!  This is an example of the type of house blog that I create for my clients who are selling their homes.  On it you will see postings for advertising, open houses and showings.  My clients can ask questions or post comments on any item. However, only invited guests (clients) will be able to view their own blog.

At the bottom of the page, I keep a calendar to easily keep track of any upcoming advertising, open houses, showings, or inspections.

In case you are wondering, to my knowledge, there has never been a Captain Elijah Bennett :)

  2. I am Captain Elijah Miller Bennett's 4th Great Granddaughter and this looks like it could be a photo is of his house! Where is this house now? I have a photo of his family standing in front of his house in the late 1800s.

  3. Ha Ha, I actually made up the name to show an example of how I create a blog for a historic home client when I am selling their home. I picked the last name because it was my father's family name. Anyway, this house is in Sandwich, MA on Grove St. overlooking Shawme pond. It is very pretty which is why I chose this photo for the sample blog. There are many 3/4 Capes on Cape Cod that look similar though.

  4. Kerry, I had no idea there actually was a Captain Elijah Bennett AND that he lived in a house similar to this - what are the chances?!
